Jen Lara is the director and head coach at the Center for Faculty and Staff Development at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) outside of Annapolis, MD. A graduate of Michigan State University, University of Colorado, and Johns Hopkins University, Jen would trade in all of those degrees, just to have coaching skills – the most impactful set of skills Jen believes she has.
